Caprioli Shop informs that the delivery time to any location in Brazil varies from 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Tracking codes take an average of 24 hours to be sent to you, the customer.
We will refund the amount for purchases made that are lost or that take more than 30 days after payment confirmation to be delivered.
The delivery time varies depending on the speed of the Post Office and carriers, but it usually takes between 3 and 10 days on average.
After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay.
If the post office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.
If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund the FULL amount of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.
It is important that you provide the means for delivery to the address registered in your order. After two (2) proven delivery attempts, you will need to pick up your order at a post office near your address, bringing a personal identification document and the code of the item to be picked up. The deadline for pickup in this case will be seven calendar days , after which the product will be returned to the supplier.
