3.1. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase . The order will only be considered accepted after confirmation from Caprioli Shop and payment approval.

4.1. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The valid price will be the one displayed at the time of purchase and confirmed by email.
4.2. Unless otherwise stated, taxes, shipping, handling, customs and import duties are not included in the advertised price.

*Deadlines begin after payment confirmation and may vary due to logistics, customs, or external factors. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details on terms, conditions, and procedures. All products come with a 90-day legal warranty against manufacturing defects (Article 26, Consumer Protection Code). Defective or mismatched products may be exchanged, refunded, or converted to credit, as chosen by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content of the Services – brands, logos, texts, images, videos, layout and code – belongs to Caprioli Shop or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and patent laws.
7.2. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without express authorization is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants a license beyond personal, non-commercial use of the platform.
